Every dot is one factoid — a single self-contained clinical statement extracted from
breast-cancer guidelines, trials, regulatory labels and the literature. Position comes from a UMAP
projection of the factoid's Qwen3-Embedding-8B vector, so semantically similar factoids
sit together.
The default All (combined) view shows every point at once, coloured by its
single most-specific categorisation across three axes — drug class (reds),
biomarker / molecular (blues) and
disease setting (greens) — with the shade indicating the specific
category. Grey is the faint background of factoids that aren't specific on any axis. Each label is
assigned per factoid by GPT-OSS-120B. Switch Colour by to view any single axis on its own.
